Creating a PDF file using the PDFMakers installed in many programs is one-click easy. Usually. Join Donna Baker—AUC Expert, author, and designer—as she explores some of the reasons your files may not turn out the way you’d expect. She’ll look at image issues, problems with bookmarks and links, and when to customize conversion settings. She’ll also look at some issues from the other side—such as exporting a PDF file as a Word doc or RTF, and give you some custom Preflight droplets you can use on your own computer.
