Today’s Tip: Where did the Settings Go?

23rd November, 2009 - Posted by MsD

You’re in Acrobat and want to convert and open a document as a PDF file. Whether or not you can access format settings depends on how you’re looking for the file. If you pick a specific file format from the Files of Type drop-down list on the Open dialog box, you’ll have the Settings button (and conversion options) active. If you choose All Files from the Files of Type drop-down list, the Settings button is disabled.
