Today’s Tip:One-Step Convert and Send for Review

Here’s a shortcut that might come in handy: If you plan to start a review as soon as you convert a file in Word or another program with a PDFMaker, don’t bother to convert the file, open it in Acrobat 9 Pro, and then start the review. Instead, in Word choose Adobe PDF > Convert to Adobe PDF and Send for Review. The file is converted, and the review wizard starts automatically.
